The Tumbl Trak Jr. Kip Bar is one of the most popular training bars for home use. Its features and extension options allow it to grow with your athlete.
Features of the Tumbl Trak Jr. Kip Bar:
- Useful for all skill levels
- Adjusts from 38"-56"
- 1.5" solid maple wood rail
- Rounded corners for safety
- 125 lbs. weight limit (using added stability and extensions)
The Tumbl Trak Jr. Kip Bar is incredibly useful as a home bar for your gymnast to practice strength training and basic drills such as pull overs, leg lifts, kips, back hip circles, and more! With a large range of adjustment (38"-56"), your gymnast will use the Tumbl Trak Jr. Kip Bar for several years.
The rounded corners of the Jr. Kip Bar uprights add to the safety of using it in your home. The 1.5" solid maple wood rail is perfect for practicing back skills and strength exercises.
Without any special add-ons or extensions, the Tumbl Trak Jr. Kip Bar accommodates athletes weighing 50-70 lbs practicing basic non-swinging skills. Once your gymnast starts to learn and practice swinging skills, you'll want to bolt a sheet of 4' x 8' plywood to the base for added stability. Once they are practicing back kips, back hip circles, and casts, its time to add on the extensions bases in addition to the sheet of plywood. With this combination of stabilizers, the Tumbl Trak Jr. Kip Bar will accommodate an athlete up to 125 lbs.
Safety first! Make sure you know what your athlete plans to practice with the Tumbl Trak Jr. Kip Bar so you can stabilize it as needed.
