The Carolina Gym Supply Vault Table Trainer is an excellent transitional training aid between the Carolina Gym Supply Level 3 Vault Matting System and a competition vault table. Get your athletes used to the curved top of a vault table before they start pounding their wrists on the surface of a less-forgiving vault table.

The three sections of the women's height Vault Table Trainer attach together with a 4" hook and loop fastener and come to FIG height for women's vaulting (125cm). 4" hook and loop fastener is also on the bottom of all sections to ensure its stability when attached to your Carpet Bonded Vault Runway. The varying heights of the three sections give you several options for configuring drills with athletes of all ages and skill levels.

A closed-cell crosslink foam layer on the top section of the Vault Table Trainer gives athletes the cushioning they need for repetitive drills and also provides a stable and springy surface to vault off of.  The bottom sections are made of our lightweight "space blocks" for easier maneuverability around your gym.

The synthetic suede top attaches with a 2" hook and loop fastener and is removable.

The bottom two sections are made of our “Space Blocks” making this a lighter Vault Table Trainer, weighing in at only 91 pounds.
