Made with the same care and attention to detail as all other Carolina Gym Supply matting, Carolina Gym Supply Balance Beam Foot Pads are made to fit your specific beam. They are constructed in the same manner as our Competition Landing Mats: firm polyurethane foam filler topped with 1.25" closed-cell crosslink foam. This provides a stable footing when athletes walk across the mats or land on the Foot Pads on a dismount.

Carolina Gym Supply Balance Beam Foot Pads are available with or without hook and loop fastener. At Carolina Gym Supply, we like to think of matting solutions with the eventual growth of your program in mind. We highly recommend getting the hook/loop option so that you can connect more Competition Landing Mats later, even if your current program and layout doesn't have the need or space for a mat at the end of the beam. Please be sure to specify the hook/loop configuration you need at your time of order.

You are likely familiar with the beam base pads that are a little sliver of a mat which sits directly on top of the balance beam base. Carolina Gym Supply Balance Beam Foot Pads are wider, similar to FIG requirements for balance beam. They are made to cover more surface area, extending the area of the Competition Landing Mats and making your beam area that much safer.
