Use our Carolina Gym Supply Foam Pit Cubes to bring new life to your loose foam pit and add a pop of color to your gym's otherwise blue landscape!

Carolina Gym Supply has worked extensively with a local foam manufacturer to develop foam pit cubes that have a higher tensile tear strength than our competitors. This means that it will take a little more effort for your athletes to pick and tear these cubes apart, extending the life of the foam and keeping money in your pockets instead of going into your loose foam pit!

Need to know how to calculate the number of foam pit cubes you need? 

For 6" cubes:

Step 1: Calculate the total volume of your pit in feet (length x width x depth). If using a trampoline system for your loose foam pit (recommended), depth will be the measurement from the top of the pit to where the trampoline system is placed.

Step 2: Multiply by 0.8. Carolina Gym Supply recommends an 80% fill compared to other manufacturers that only recommend a 70% fill. With the extra 10%, your loose foam pit will be just right after a week or so of use.

Step 3: Multiply by 8. There are eight 6" cubes in a cubic foot.

For 8" cubes:

Step 1: Calculate the total volume of your pit in inches (length x width x depth).

Step 2: Multiply by 0.8.

Step 3: Divide by 512. An 8" cube is 512 cubic inches.
