The Carolina Gym Supply Rainbow P-Bar Blocks™ is a true Carolina Gym Supply original! We started with the Original Style and have since expanded our Rainbow P-Bar Block line to become the "go-to" training aid in your gym!

The patented construction of our Rainbow P-Bar Blocks™ gives them a very solid and stable exterior, but are the lightest on the market coming in at under 50 lbs for each full-size block! Your athletes will have no trouble moving these all over the gym for training stations. Because they are so stiff and have a larger surface area than our competitors, they make fantastic spotting blocks as well.

All of the styles in our Rainbow P-Bar Block™ line have the ability to fasten to each other with 2" hook and loop fastener. Stack them to simulate a trench bar station with your uneven bars!

An obvious choice for training drills for parallel bars, Carolina Gym Supply Rainbow P-Bar Blocks™ are also great as:

• Beam table trainer: two Half Blocks or one full-size block come right to the height of a competition balance beam. Help your athletes conquer their fears when practicing round-off layout step-out mounts and other beam elements!

Multi blocks: a pair of full-size blocks with removable rails. Use all sides of the Rainbow P-Bar Blocks without having to worry about wearing down the rail. Coaches love to use the rails as visual lines for gymnasts and young ones.

Half Blocks: half the size of a full-size block. The ideal size for spotting blocks if that is your main intended use. Rails are not included unless four or more Half Blocks are purchased at one time.
